Antislip Vinyl Backed Products
 Antislip Vinyl Backed Floor Products are designed to prevent slipping on wet or soiled concrete, vinyl, metal or ceramic tiled floors. A tough vinyl backing combines with a sharp, long wearing, antislip surface to provide a firm footing.

Installation instructions
- Ensure that the floor surface is clean, dry and free of paint. If the room temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, remove the segments from the pack and warm them to facilitate installation.
- Mark out the area where the segments are to be laid.
- Use the two part flexible waterproof exterior tile adhesive. Mix to manufacturer's instruction. Available ex Safemate Antislip.
- Use a 3mm (1/8") notch trowel, spread adhesive over marked out area of up to 2 square meters (22 sq ft.). Place the segment of Vinyl Backed Floor Products on the adhesive and pat down gently.
- Allow 6 to 8 hours drying time before walking on surface.
- When adhesive dries, cut along the segment edge with a sharp knife and peel off the excess adhesive.
Cleaning instructions
To clean Antislip Vinyl Backed Products, use a rotary brush cleaner, a hot hose or a stiff brush. Squeegee excess water off each section onto surrounding floor, where the excess water can be picked up with a mop or a wet or dry vacuum cleaner. |
