Ladder Rung Covers
 In the workplace, ladders are to be found in all shapes and sizes. Many have round slippery rungs which provide a high risk slip hazard for operators with wet or oily shoes. Because height is always involved, accidental slips from ladders generally result in serious injury.
Designed to prevent slipping on wet, round, oily ladder rungs. A stainless steel backing combines with a sharp, long wearing, antislip surface to provide a firm footing. Available in safety yellow.

How to measure & specify
- Measure diameter of ladder rung.
- Measure length of ladder rung within 25mm (1") to 50mm (2") of the stringers to suit nearest standard size.

Installation instructions
- Ensure ladder rungs are free from dirt, oil and grease. Remove all existing paint.
- Mix Safemate recommended adhesive per instruction on label. Apply 6mm (1/4") coat to inside of ladder rung cover.
- Snap fit cover to ladder rung.
- Allow 6 to 8 hours to cure.
- Approximately 80 - 300mm x 25mm (12" x 1") ladder rungs per 4 litre adhesive.
Cleaning instructions
Hot hose with usual cleaning agents or stiff brush. Do not use solvent cleaners. |
