Coat 'N' Sprinkle Antislip Coating

Antislip Coating Floor Product: The Safemate Coat 'N' Sprinkle is a two coat system that provides an antislip texture coating on foot-traffic areas. It is suitable for use on concrete, asphalt, metal, epoxy and wooden surfaces.

Sizes & colours

Coat 'N' Sprinkle is available in 1 litre (1 US Quart.) & 4 litre (1 US Gal.) kits together with the ceramic and handy sprinkler (approximately 55 sq. ft. coverage).

Popular Colours are grey & safety yellow.

Corporate colours are available on application.

Installation instructions

1. Ensure the floor surface is free of any paint, oil, or flaking material.
2. Mix the two part resin system as per the manufacturer's instructions. Using a roller, spread an even layer of resin over the required area.
3. Sprinkle an even coat of the high grade ceramic material supplied (NOT SAND), over the wet resin. Sweep off the excess ceramic when first coat is dry (approximately 3 to 6 hrs).
4. To seal the ceramic in place apply a top coat of resin. The area will be ready for foot traffic in approximately 8 hours.

Cleaning instructions

To clean Coat 'N' Sprinkle, use a hot hose, high pressure hose or stiff brush with usual cleaning agents.

Use of mops or solvent cleaners is not recommended.
