Antislip Metal Backed Products

Antislip Metal Backed Floor Products are designed to prevent people slipping on grille catwalks, stair landings checkerplate workstations, ramps as well as all problem masonry surfaces. An anti-corrosive metal backing combines with a sharp, long-wearing, antislip surface to provide adequate protection.

Installation instructions

  1. Grille: Use universal galvanised or stainless steel clamps.
  2. Masonry: Use concrete spikes with a 5 x 25mm (3/16" x 1") diameter mushroom head.
  3. Wood: Use self tapping wood screws with a 10-12 x 30mm (3/8" x 1 1/4") wafer head.
  4. Steel or aluminium plate: Use metal screws with a 10-24 x 16mm (3/8" - 1" x 5/8") wafer head. Rivets may also be used to install Antislip Stair Plates.

Note: All fasteners available ex stock from Safemate Antislip.

 

Cleaning instructions

To clean Metal Backed Products, use a hot hose or a stiff brush with usual cleaning agents.

Use of mops or solvent cleaners not recommended.
